## Published production bootloader and following application BLE test: PASS
On 2026-10-02 an attached LG LGL51AL/Android 5.1.1 phone running nRF Connect
4.24.3 installed the published repaired RAK4631 `board` recovery 2.4.11 ZIP
over Bluetooth. This uses the production package rather than the earlier
qualification image. The package SHA-256 is
`3ec67bba63dff7ed44dc1680d0f65b0b371ffd9505f5ed6540ec7de8e4999771`.
The phone recorded validation success and Activate and Reset. Read-only
UF2 information confirmed recovery 2.4.11. With host USB configuration
blocked before the replacement bootloader appeared and VBUS retained,
recovery subsequently advertised `4631_DFU` at `C3:C6:A8:FC:AD:A7`.
The phone found it in a fresh scan and read firmware revision `R_0x02040BFF`.
The previous application connection used A6; the cached tab's reconnect
to A6 logged GATT 133 after successful activation, while connecting to the
new A7 DFU advertisement worked.
The same phone then installed the 531,708-byte fixed MeshCore application
over Bluetooth. Validation succeeded and Activate and Reset was logged at
13:51:27 America/Los_Angeles. CLI verification confirmed
`v1.17.1.8-ble-dfu-test`, bootloader OTAFIX 2.4.11, the saved radio tuple
`869.6179809,62.5,8,5`, and all seven unchanged settings digests.
No erase firmware was used. The normal 2.4.10 bootloader and the original
fixed application were restored afterward; final identities and settings
matched the initial baseline.
The [full hardware report](https://github.com/mikecarper/Adafruit_nRF52_Bootloader_OTAFIX/blob/feature/ota-delta-apply/docs/hardware-qualification-2.4.11-ble-bootloader.md)
records the host USB configuration guard, its failed trailing audit after a
separate hub reset, restored hub access and policies, package identities,
and evidence. This is one RAK4631/profile/phone test, not an all-board,
physical charge-only-cable, battery-only, or LoRa transfer qualification.
