During a brief power outage, say just a blip, where the power shuts off and immediately comes back on, offWith-hue fails to notice and all of my lights remain on. We need the ability to detect power events that are less than 1 second in duration.

This issue has been remedied. The Dev branch now includes the ability to monitor your syslog for NUT events every .1 seconds.
