The Store app on the Cardputer knows English, simplified and traditional Chinese, and Japanese, and shows English for any other language. It falls back to en and then to zh-CN, so the locales carry en too: without it, an English user would see the Chinese text. PR #164 already has the same locales, so later releases keep them.
