A folded route hung flush under the value column, so a two-line route and
two stacked values looked alike at a glance. Continuations now step in
WRAP_OFFSET columns past the indent; the packer charges for the step, so
every line still fits its width. The continuation marks — the trailing
arrow, the notched chip edge — still say it in detail; the step says it
from the block's shape alone.
