Jean-Pierre MartineauandClaude Opus 5 ebbaa5f825 Message paths: the route takes the row, its facts step under
An arrival was one line — time, SNR, then "via" and the route, all competing for
the same 72 cells, with the route (the only part that varies, and the only part
the graph above draws) last in line and first to be scrolled away.

Split in two. The route gets a lane of its own, introduced by nothing: on a line
that holds nothing else, "via" tells the reader what they can already see. Under
it hangs the frame's own reception facts — time heard, SNR, which resend — muted
and stepped in, so a pair reads as one arrival. The picked line is the route: it
is what one arrival differs from another by, so it is what ←→ scrolls and what
the ❯ points at, and the facts beneath hold their lane while it slides.
