D was the last of the original findings still open, and re-running the survey
against the tools (rather than the screens) turned up two shapes the first pass
never looked for: a picker gathered in prompt_params, which pops before the
screen it feeds, and an entry chain of prompts, which abandoned instead of
stepping back. Both are written up as H and I with their sites, and the
shortlist gains them.
Only G is left, and it is not navigation-visible.
