Subject: [PATCH] Allowlist pytest and git add/commit so routine runs stop
 prompting

Generalizes the one-off pytest entries to prefix rules across the
python spellings actually used (python, venv exe, Bash and PowerShell)
and covers the commit workflow CLAUDE.md already sanctions.
